“互联网+”预住院服务模式应用现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of the Application of“Internet+”Pre-registration Hospitalization Service Mode

目的分析“互联网+”预住院服务模式应用现状及影响因素,为进一步优化“互联网+”预住院服务模式提供依据。方法采用回顾性分析,选取安徽省某三级甲等医院互联网医院平台2020年10月—2022年3月预住院患者数据,通过Mann-Whitney U检验及χ2检验确定两组患者相关社会资料的分布特征。采用logistic回归分析“互联网+”预住院服务模式下患者是否选择重复预住院行为的影响因素。结果“互联网+”预住院服务模式累积服务1840人次,单次预住院144人,重复预住院278人共1696人次。年龄、费用类别、是否急诊和疾病类型是患者选择重复“互联网+”预住院模式行为的影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+”预住院模式是为患者提供线上预住院服务的有效形式,年龄、费用类别、是否急诊和疾病类型是影响患者重复选择“互联网+”预住院服务模式行为的主要影响因素。

Objective To analyze the current situation and factors influencing the application of“Internet+”preregistration hospitalization service mode,and to provide a basis for further optimization of the“Internet+”pre-registration hospitalization service mode.Methods Using retrospective analysis,the data of prehospitalization patients from October 2020 to March 2022 in the Internet hospital platform of a tertiary Grade A hospital in Anhui Province were selected,and the distribution characteristics of relevant social data of the two groups of patients were determined by Mann-Whitney U test andχ2test.logistic regression analysis was used to conduct a multifactor analysis of the factors influencing whether patients choose to repeat prehospitalization behavior under the“Internet+”pre-registration hospitalization service mode.Results the“Internet+”pre-registration hospitalization service mode served 1840 patients cumulatively,144 single pre-hospitalizations,and 278 repeat pre-hospitalizations,for a total of 1696patients.Age,cost category,emergency or not,and disease type were the factors influencing patients'behavior in choosing repeat Internet+prehospitalization(P<0.05).Conclusion The“Internet+”pre-registration hospitalization service mode is an effective form of providing online prehospitalization services to patients.Age,cost category,urgency and disease type were the main factors influencing patients'behavior in choosing the“Internet+”pre-registration hospitalization service mode repeatedly.
