外周血Fib、NLR和IL-6对中重度卵巢型子宫内膜异位症的诊断价值

Value of Fib,NLR and IL-6 in peripheral blood in diagnosing patients with moderate to severe ovarian endometriosis

目的探讨外周血纤维蛋白原(Fib)、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)和IL-6对中重度卵巢型子宫内膜异位症(OEM)的诊断价值。方法比较46例中重度OEM患者(A组)和45例卵巢良性囊肿患者(C组)外周血Fib、IL-6水平和NLR。分析Fib、NLR和IL-6三者的相关性,分析中重度OEM的影响因素,绘制ROC曲线分析Fib、NLR和IL-6单独检测和联合检测对中重度OEM的诊断价值。结果A组Fib、IL-6水平和NLR均高于C组(P<0.01)。Fib与NLR、IL-6呈正相关(P<0.01),且NRL与IL-6呈正相关(P<0.01)。A组Fib、NLR和IL-6是中重度OEM的独立影响因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。Fib联合NLR、Fib联合IL-6及三者联合检测诊断中重度OEM的AUC比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且三者联合检测的诊断灵敏度和特异度最高。结论Fib、NLR和IL-6是中重度OEM的影响因素,且Fib、NLR、IL-6三者联合检测的诊断价值最高。

Objective To investigate the value of fibrinogen(Fib),neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and IL-6 in peripheral blood in diagnosing the patients with moderate to severe ovarian endometriosis(OEM).Methods The levels of Fib,IL-6 and NLR in peripheral blood of 46 patients with moderate to severe OEM(group A)and 45 patients with benign ovarian cysts(group C)were detected.The correlation among Fib,NLR and IL-6 was analyzed.The influencing factors for moderate to severe OEM were analyzed as well.ROC curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic value of Fib,NLR and IL-6 alone and combined detection for moderate to severe OEM.Results The levels of Fib,IL-6 and NLR in group A were higher than those in group C(P<0.01).Fib was positively correlated with NLR and IL-6(P<0.01),and NRL was positively correlated with IL-6 in group A(P<0.01).Fib,NLR and IL-6 were the independent influencing factors for moderate to severe OEM(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The AUC of Fib combined with NLR,Fib combined with IL-6 and combined detection for moderate to severe OEM were statistically significant(P<0.01),and the combined detection had the highest sensitivity and specificity.Conclusion Fib,NLR and IL-6 are the influencing factors for moderate to severe OEM,and the combined detection of Fib,NLR and IL-6 has a higher diagnostic value for OEM.
