摘要
目的分析在生化检验中标本溶血情况发生对其检验结果的影响,并以此制定预防策略。方法分析病例选择2018年6月-2020年6月就诊于本院的实施生化检验的患者150例,对患者血液标本进行常规采集,对溶血标本和正常标本的检验结果进行对比和分析。结果相对比于正常标本总胆红素(3.93±0.15)、总蛋白(62.20±6.25)g/L、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(58.70±1.45)U/L、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(67.40±2.18)U/L、白蛋白(34.30±4.65)g/L、尿酸(357.62±16.34)μmol/L,溶血标本的总胆红素(5.95±0.12)、总蛋白(59.68±6.30)g/L、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(45.06±1.76)U/L、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(55.78±2.65)U/L、白蛋白(32.08±3.85)g/L、尿酸(363.15±15.25)μmol/L均提升明显,比较差异性明显(P<0.05);而肌酐(82.53±5.88、83.56±5.95)mol/L和葡萄糖(5.81±0.45、5.75±0.51)μmol/L比较差异性并不明显(P>0.05)。结论在生化检验中标本溶血情况发生对其检验结果会造成影响,会干扰检验结果,因此,要采用相应的预防措施,防止发生溶血,保证检验准确性。
Objective To analyze effect of sample hemolysis on results of biochemical tests and formulate preventive strategies.Methods The paper chose150 patients treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 for biochemical tests for analysis,and collected blood samples of patients routinely.Test results of hemolytic samples and normal samples was compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with normal samples,total bilirubin(3.93±0.15),total protein(62.20±6.25)g/L,alanine aminotransferase(58.70±1.45)U/L,aspartate aminotransferase(67.40±2.18)U/L,albumin(34.30±4.65)g/L,uric acid(357.62±16.34)μmol/L,total bilirubin(5.95±0.12),total protein(59.68±6.30)g/L,alanine aminotransferase(45.06±1.76)U/L,aspartate aminotransferase(55.78±2.65)U/L,albumin(32.08±3.85)g/L,uric acid(363.15±15.25)μmol/L increased significantly,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05);creatinine(82.53±5.88,83.56±5.95)mol/L and glucose(5.81±0.45,5.75±0.51)μmol/L,showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion During biochemical test,sample hemolysis may affect the test results and interfere with test results.Therefore,corresponding preventive measures should be taken to prevent hemolysis and ensure accuracy of the test.
