凝血检验及血常规分析的影响因素及控制变异方法分析

摘要 目的分析凝血检验及血常规分析的影响因素及控制变异方法。方法以我院在2020年4月-2021年5月接受凝血检验及血常规分析的83例体检者作为研究对象,评测不同压脉带使用时间生理指标水平以及离心处理前后放置时间对生理指标水平的影响。结果压脉带使用3min的时候本组所选受试者活化凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间均明显比压脉带使用即可时点更低,组间比较数据差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000、0.000,t=16.944、7.379)。压脉带使用3min的时刻点,本组所选受试者红细胞、血红细胞水平明显比压脉带使用即刻时点更高,组间比较数据差异具有统计学意(P=0.000、0.000,t=16.944、7.379);同时,白细胞、血小板水平明显比压脉带即刻点更低,组间比较数据差异具有统计学意义。标本经离心后放置2h后凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原水平、凝血酶时间结果比较数据差异不具有统计学意义(P=0.057、0.521、0.589,t=1.920、0.644、0.542);标本经离心处理后4h后,结果显示患者凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间以及纤维蛋白原水平相比体现一定的统计学价值(P=0.045、0.905、0.000,t=2.017、0.119、15.059)。结论凝血检验以及血常规分析的准确率较高,同时,通过提高对血液检验样本变异结果的控制能够提高检测的准确度,是一种十分必要的措施。 Objective To analyze influencing factors of blood coagulation test and blood routine analysis and controlling variation methods.Methods The paper treated 83 physical examinees with coagulation test and blood routine analysis in our hospital from April 2020 to May 2021 as study subjects,and evaluated level of physiological indicators at different time of pulse compression band,before and after centrifugation.Results Activated thromboplastin time and thrombin time of selected subjects in the group three minutes after pulse compression band were significantly lower than immediate time point of pulse compression band.Difference was statistically significant between two groups,(P=0.000,0.000,t=16.944,7.379).At the time point when pulse compression band was used for 3 minutes,level of red blood cells and blood red blood cells of selected subjects in the group was significantly higher than immediate time point of pulse compression band.Difference was statistically significant between two groups,(P=0.000,0.000,t=16.944,7.379).At the same time,level of white blood cells and platelets was significantly lower than immediate point of pulse compression zone,difference was statistically significant between two groups.There was no statistically significant difference in results of prothrombin time,fibrinogen level and thrombin time after samples were placed for 2 hours after centrifugation(P=0.057,0.521,0.589,t=1.920,0.644,0.542).After centrifugation for 4 hours,results showed that prothrombin time,thrombin time and fibrinogen level of patients showed certain statistical value(P=0.045,0.905,0.000,t=0.017,0.119,15.059).Conclusion Blood coagulation test and blood routine analysis can both achieve high accuracy.At the same time,improving results of blood test sample variation control can increase test accuracy,which is a necessary measure.
