尿沉渣分析仪对肿瘤患者尿路感染筛查的临床应用价值

摘要 目的探讨临床应用希森美康UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪的细菌参数对肿瘤患者尿路感染进行筛查的价值。方法对我院2019年2月-2020年11月收治的429例尿路感染住院肿瘤患者的尿液使用UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测,记录检验结果中的细菌计数、白细胞计数等,并与细菌培养试验结果对比,以评估细菌的线性和携带污染率。结果UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪中白细胞计数的敏感度、特异性、准确度分别为74.2%、89.9%、86.5%;细菌计数的敏感度、特异性、准确度分别为86.4%、85.2%、87.1%。结论在筛查肿瘤患者尿路感染肿瘤患者时使用UF-1000i全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测细菌的线性良好,无携带污染,且仪器具有较好的灵敏度,能够确保尿路感染的肿瘤患者的高检出率,与尿细菌培养试验检验相比等待时间大幅减少,对肿瘤患者尿路感染的筛查具有重要价值。 Objective To explore clinical value of bacterial parameters of Sysmex UF-1000i automatic urine sediment analyzer in screening urinary tract infection of tumor patients.Methods The paper detected urine of 429 in-patients with urinary tract infection and tumor admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to November 2020 by UF-1000i automatic urine sediment analyzer,recorded bacterial count and white blood cell count in the test.and compared with bacterial culture test results to evaluate bacterial linearity and carry-on pollution rate.Results Sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of leukocyte count in UF-1000i automatic urine sediment analyzer was 74.2%,89.9%and 86.5%respectively;sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of bacterial count was 86.4%,85.2%and 87.1%respectively.Conclusion During screening tumor patients with urinary tract infection,UF-1000i automatic urine sediment analyzer can detect bacteria with good linearity,without carry-on pollution,with good sensitivity,can ensure high detection rate of tumor patients with urinary tract infection,with significantly less waiting time than urine bacterial culture test,which has great value for screening of tumor patients with urinary tract infection.
