探究全凭静脉麻醉下肌松监测联合麻醉深度监测对全麻苏醒过程的影响

Effect Explore of Muscle Relaxation Monitoring Combined with Anesthesia Depth Monitoring under Total Intravenous Anesthesia on Recovery Process of General Anesthesia

目的全凭静脉麻醉下肌松监测联合麻醉深度监测对全麻苏醒过程的影响进行研究、分析。方法选自2020年2月-2021年2月收治的50例手术患者,均接受全凭静脉麻醉,基于数字法随机分为对照和观察组,每组各25例,对照组实施主观评价,观察组应用肌松监测联合麻醉深度监测,对比两组各时间段的平均动脉压、心率,观察其有无躁动、呼吸抑制等情况。结果观察组手术前、拔管时、拔管后15min、拔管后30min的平均动脉压、心率分等均呈良好趋势,且优于对照组,组间呈现的差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组发生躁动、呼吸抑制等反应的概率较低,相比之下对照组情况则较高,组间呈现的差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对行全凭静脉麻醉下手术患者而言,在苏醒过程实施肌松监测联合麻醉深度监测,效果明显,值得推广、应用。

Objective To study and analyze effect of muscle relaxation monitoring combined with anesthesia depth monitoring under total intravenous anesthesia on recovery process of general anesthesia.Methods The paper chose 50 surgical patients from February 2020 to February 2021,received total intravenous anesthesia,and divided them into control group(25 cases)and observation group(25 cases)based on digital method randomly.Control group was treated with subjective evaluation,and observation group monitored by muscle relaxation monitoring combined with depth of anesthesia.Average arterial pressure and heart rate between two groups at each time period was compared to observe whether there was restlessness,respiratory depression and other conditions.Results Mean arterial pressure and heart rate scores of observation group before operation,at extubation time,15 minutes after extubation and 30 minutes after extubation showed good trend,better than control group.Difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Incidence of restlessness,respiratory depression and other reactions in observation group was lower than control group,difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Muscle relaxation monitoring combined with anesthesia depth monitoring can achieve obvious effect for surgical patients under total intravenous anesthesia during awakening process,which is worthy of promotion and application.
