针刺法结合布林佐胺滴眼液对急性闭角型青光眼患者血流动力学指标的影响

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Blenzolomide Eye Drops on Hemodynamic Indexes of Patients with Acute Angle-Closure Glaucoma

目的探讨针刺法结合布林佐胺滴眼液对急性闭角型青光眼患者血流动力学指标的影响。方法从本院2018年1月-2021年8月选取126例患者,均分为两组,分别为对照组、研究组,对照组行布林佐胺滴眼液治疗,研究组行针刺法结合布林佐胺滴眼液治疗,对比两组患者的眼部情况(眼压、前房深度)、血流动力学指标(眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉、睫状后动脉)、视力水平(视力、光敏度、视野缺损)以及治疗有效性。结果两组患者在治疗前并无太大差别(P>0.05),在治疗后,通过对比两组患者的眼压、前房深度、视力、视力、光敏度、视野缺损以及眼动脉OA、视网膜中央动脉CRA、睫状后动脉PCA,对阻力指数RI、舒张末期、收缩期MAX的血流速度、治疗有效性的结果可知,研究组患者的整体情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急性闭角型青光眼患者施行针刺法结合布林佐胺滴眼液能够有效提升眼部情况,降低眼压,提升视力水平,提升治疗有效率。

Objective To explore effect of acupuncture combined with blenzolomide eye drops on hemodynamic indexes of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma.Methods The paper chose 126 patients in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2021,and divided them into two groups:control group and study group.Control group was treated with Brinzolamide eye drops,and study group with acupuncture combined with Brinzolamide eye drops.Ocular conditions(intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth),hemodynamic indexes(ophthalmic artery,central retinal artery,posterior ciliary artery),visual acuity level(vision,light sensitivity,visual field defect)and treatment effect were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,comparison of intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth,visual acuity,visual acuity,light sensitivity,visual field defect,ophthalmic artery OA,central retinal artery CRA,posterior ciliary artery PCA between two groups showed,results of resistance index RI,blood flow velocity of end-diastolic and systolic max,and treatment effect,overall condition of study group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with blenzolomide eye drops can improve eye conditions effectively,reduce intraocular pressure,improve visual acuity and treatment effect of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma.
