摘要
目的观察分析体验式分娩模拟教学对初产妇分娩方式选择、产程及泌乳始动的影响。方法选取2020年2月-2021年2月本院初产妇80例为研究对象,将其均分为研究组与对照组,每组各40例。给予对照组常规分娩教育,给予研究组体验式分娩模拟教学,观察并比较两组产妇的分娩方式选择、产程及泌乳始动情况。结果研究组经过体验式分娩模拟教学后,在分娩方式选择方面,选择自然分娩的明显多于对照组,产程时间短于对照组,泌乳始动短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将体验式分娩模拟教学应用于初产妇的教学中,能够提高自然分娩率,缩短产程时间和泌乳始动时间,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective To observe and analyze effect of experiential delivery simulation teaching on choice of delivery mode,delivery process and lactation initiation of primipara.Methods The paper chose 80 primipara in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 as study subjects,and divided them into study group and control group equally,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine delivery education,and study group with experiential delivery simulation teaching.Selection of delivery mode,delivery process and lactation initiation between two groups was observed and compared.Results After experiential delivery simulation teaching,study group chose more natural delivery than control group in terms of delivery mode,duration of labor was shorter than control group,and lactation start time was shorter than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Experiential delivery simulation teaching can improve natural delivery rate,shorten labor process time and lactation start time in teaching of primipara,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
