苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年高血压的应用研究

Application Study of Levamlodipine Besylate Combined with Irbesartan in Treatment of Elderly Hypertension

目的探讨对老年高血压患者联合应用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平、厄贝沙坦治疗的应用效果。方法将2020年5月-2021年5月本院接收的60例老年高血压病人,以随机数字表法分成两组,其中30例患者纳入实验组,而另外30例患者则纳入参照组。参照组病人选择苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片进行治疗,实验组病人选择苯酸左旋氨氯地平片和厄贝沙坦联合进行治疗,比较治疗前后两组病人的血压值以及尿酸、肌酸酐指标的变化情况。结果治疗前,两组病人的血压以及尿酸、肌酸酐指标差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后实验组病人的血压值明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组病人的尿酸指标明显低于参照组,而治疗后实验组病人的肌酸酐指标也明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年性高血压的治疗中,对患者应用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片、厄贝沙坦联合治疗,可有效地降低老年病人的血压值,使老年病人的高血压病情能得到很好的控制,并能有效地改善老年病人血液中的尿酸以及肌酸酐指标,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore effect of combination of levamlodipine besylate and irbesartan in treatment of elderly hypertensive patients.Methods The paper chose 60 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021,and divided them into two groups by random number table method,30 cases in experimental group,and the other 30 cases in reference group.Reference group was treated with levamlodipine besylate tablets,while experimental group with levamlodipine besylate tablets and irbesartan in combination.Blood pressure,uric acid and creatinine indexes between two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood pressure,uric acid and creatinine between two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,uric acid index of experimental group was significantly lower than control group,creatinine index of experimental group was also significantly lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In treatment of elderly hypertension,combination of levamlodipine besylate and irbesartan can reduce blood pressure of the elderly patients effectively,control their hypertension,improve uric acid and creatinine indexes effectively of elderly patients,which has high clinical application value and is worthy of clinical promotion.
