摘要
目的探讨在卫生法律法规教学中应用案例教学法的价值。方法选取108名高职护理专业学生并通过随机数字表法将学生分成对照组与观察组,本次研究起止时间为2022年2~6月,教师在卫生法律法规教学过程中为对照组(n=54)学生提供传统教学模式,为观察组(n=54)学生提供案例教学法,对比两组学生理论考试成绩、案例分析成绩以及学生对教学的满意度。结果观察组学生的理论知识成绩与案例分析成绩均明显高于对照组,两组成绩差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生对教学的满意度显著高于对照组,两组学生教学满意度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将案例教学法应用于卫生法律法规教学中能够丰富学生的理论知识并可增强其案例分析能力,有助于使教学质量和教学水平得到显著提高,可使学生对教学的满意度获得提升,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore value of case teaching method in teaching of health laws and regulations.Methods The paper chose 108 nursing students in higher vocational colleges and divided them into control group and observation group by random number table method,start and end time of the study was from February to June 2022.Teachers provided traditional teaching mode for control group(n=54)and case teaching method for observation group(n=54)during teaching of health laws and regulations.Theoretical examination results,case analysis results and satisfaction degree of students with teaching was compared.Results Scores of theoretical knowledge and case analysis of observation group were significantly higher than control group,and difference between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of students with teaching in observation group was significantly higher than control group,and difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Case teaching method can enrich theoretical knowledge and enhance case analysis ability of students in teaching of health laws and regulations,improve teaching quality and teaching level significantly,enhance their satisfaction degree with teaching,which is worthy of promotion and application.
