产后综合康复护理对产后抑郁的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on Postpartum Depression

目的分析产后综合康复护理对产后抑郁的影响。方法随机将2019年6月-2020年6月本院收治的92例产妇作为研究对象,按照随机原则将产妇分为对照组和观察组,每组46例产妇,其中实施常规护理的产妇为对照组,实施产后综合康复护理的产妇为观察组。比较两组产妇产后出血发生率、恶露时间、泌乳开始时间、子宫进入骨盆时间、产后抑郁评分、护理满意度等指标。结果观察组产妇的产后出血率6.52%,低于对照组的30.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);恶露时间、泌乳开始时间、子宫入骨盆时间以及抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的泌乳量整体情况、生活水平评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产妇实施产后综合康复护理,有利于产妇身体早日康复,改善产妇掺和出血以及恶露时间等指标,改善产后抑郁情况,并且能够提高护理满意度等,临床护理效果非常显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on postpartum depression.Methods The paper chose 92 puerperas admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020,and divided them into control group and observation group according to randomization principle of,with 46 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with comprehensive post-natal rehabilitation nursing.Incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,lochia time,lactation time,uterus entering pelvis time,scores of postpartum depression and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results Postpartum hemorrhage rate in observation group was 6.52%,lower than 30.43%in control group(P<0.05);lochia time,lactation time,uterus entering pelvis time,and depression scores of control group were lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Overall situation of lactation and living standard scores in observation group were better than control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 82.61%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive post-partum rehabilitation nursing is conducive to early recovery of parturients,improve indicators of maternal bleeding and lochia time,post-partum depression,and nursing satisfaction degree of parturients,with significant clinical nursing effect,which is worthy promotion.
