玻璃离子与复合树脂在儿童龋齿充填中的临床效果对比

Comparison of clinical effects of glass ion and composite resin on caries filling in children

目的探讨玻璃离子与复合树脂在儿童龋齿充填中的临床效果。方法110例龋齿患儿,根据充填治疗方式不同分为观察组与对照组,每组55例。对照组予以玻璃离子充填,观察组予以复合树脂充填。对比两组治疗前后相关指标及不良事件发生情况。结果治疗后,两组牙周探诊深度、牙龈附着丧失均明显小于本组治疗前,菌斑指数、牙齿松动度评分均明显低于本组治疗前,且观察组牙周探诊深度(1.65±0.63)mm、牙龈附着丧失(1.93±0.42)mm均明显小于对照组的(2.41±0.72)、(2.50±0.54)mm,菌斑指数评分(0.95±0.35)分、牙齿松动度评分(0.75±0.27)分均明显低于对照组的(1.35±0.36)、(1.13±0.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率5.45%低于对照组的54.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比玻璃离子充填治疗儿童龋齿,复合树脂不仅安全性好,而且可更好地改善相关指标,值得应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of glass ion and composite resin on caries filling in children.Methods A total of 110 children with caries were divided into observation group and control group according to different filling treatment methods,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was filled with glass ion,and the observation group was filled with composite resin.The relevant indexes before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the periodontal probing depth and gum attachment loss of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment in this group,and plaque index and tooth looseness score were significantly lower than those before treatment in this group;the periodontal probing depth and gum attachment loss in the observation group were(1.65±0.63)and(1.93±0.42)mm,which were significantly lower than those of(2.41±0.72)and(2.50±0.54)mm in the control group;the plaque index score of(0.95±0.35)points and the tooth looseness score of(0.75±0.27)points in the observation group were significantly lower than those of(1.35±0.36)and(1.13±0.35)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 5.45%,which was lower than that of 54.55%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with glass ion filling in the treatment of caries in children,composite resin is not only safe,but also can better improve the relevant indicators,so it is worthy of application.
