地奥司明片联合痔疮外洗液治疗炎性外痔的临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical efficacy of diosmin tablets combined with hemorrhoids lotion in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids

目的探讨地奥司明片联合痔疮外洗液治疗炎性外痔的临床疗效。方法98例炎性外痔患者,根据住院号单双号随机法分为对照组和联合组,每组49例。对照组给予地奥司明片治疗,联合组联用地奥司明片及痔疮外洗液治疗。比较两组治疗前后肛周疼痛程度、肛周水肿症状积分、炎性因子指标,以及治疗效果、炎性外痔继发感染率。结果治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、肛周水肿症状积分、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6均明显低于本组治疗前,且联合组VAS评分为(1.24±0.21)分、肛周水肿症状积分为(1.10±0.12)分、C反应蛋白为(7.21±1.02)mg/L、肿瘤坏死因子-α为(1.24±0.21)ng/ml、白细胞介素-6为(61.01±2.16)pg/ml,均显著低于对照组的(4.42±0.28)分、(3.12±0.56)分、(2.41±0.28)ng/ml、(9.21±1.56)mg/L、(121.56±2.11)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的81.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组炎性外痔继发感染发生率为2.04%,低于对照组的20.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炎性外痔患者联用地奥司明片及痔疮外洗液治疗效果确切。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of diosmin tablets combined with hemorrhoids lotion in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 98 patients with inflammatory external hemorrhoids were randomly divided into control group and combination group according to the odd-even number of hospitalization,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diosmin tablets,and the combination group was treated with diosmin tablets and hemorrhoid lotion.Both groups were compared in terms of perianal pain,perianal edema symptom score and inflammatory factor index before and after treatment,therapeutic effect and secondary infection rate of inflammatory external hemorrhoids.Results After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,perianal edema symptom score,C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment in this group;the combination group had VAS score of(1.24±0.21)points,perianal edema symptom score of(1.10±0.12)points,C-reactive protein of(7.21±1.02)mg/L,tumor necrosis factor-αof(1.24±0.21)ng/ml,and interleukin-6 of(61.01±2.16)pg/ml,which were significantly lower than those of(4.42±0.28)min,(3.12±0.56)min,(2.41±0.28)ng/ml,(9.21±1.56)mg/L,and(121.56±2.11)pg/ml in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combination group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of 81.63%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of secondary infection of inflammatory external hemorrhoids in the combination group was 2.04%,which was lower than that of 20.41%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of diosmin tablets and hemorrhoids lotion for patients with inflammatory external hemorrhoids has a definite therapeutic effect.
