布托啡诺复合右美托咪定在剖宫产麻醉中的应用效果研究

Study on application effect of butorphanol combined with dexmedetomidine in cesarean section anesthesia

目的研究布托啡诺复合右美托咪定在剖宫产患者麻醉中的应用效果,为剖宫产麻醉方法作出参考。方法96例行剖宫产手术的患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组48例。对照组患者采用布托啡诺复合生理盐水进行麻醉,观察组患者采用布托啡诺复合右美托咪定进行麻醉。比较两组患者麻醉效果,麻醉指标,麻醉不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床总有效率100.00%明显高于对照组的91.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者麻醉维持时间(4.38±0.52)h长于对照组的(2.85±0.38)h,术后苏醒时间(0.98±0.26)h、麻醉起效时间(8.05±0.28)min明显短于对照组的(1.35±0.32)h、(10.25±0.54)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者麻醉不良反应发生率4.17%明显低于对照组的16.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产麻醉中使用布托啡诺复合右美托咪定的麻醉效果显著,能明显降低不良反应发生率,适用于临床推广。

Objective To study the application effect of butorphanol combined with dexmedetomidine in cesarean section anesthesia,so as to provide reference for the anesthesia method of cesarean section.Methods A total of 96 patients undergoing cesarean section were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with butorphanol and normal saline,and the observation group was anesthetized with butorphanol and dexmedetomidine.The anesthesia effect,anesthesia index,and the occurrence of anesthesia adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of 100.00%in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 91.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of anesthesia of(4.38±0.52)h in the observation group was was longer than that of(2.85±0.38)h in the control group;the postoperative recovery time of(0.98±0.26)h and the onset time of anesthesia of(8.05±0.28)min in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of(1.35±0.32)h and(10.25±0.54)min in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of anesthesia adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.17%,which was significantly lower than that of 16.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of butorphanol combined with dexmedetomidine in cesarean section anesthesia has higher efficiency,better effect and lower incidence of adverse reactions,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
