失温症及其复温后凝血功能的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 失温症是指各种原因引起人体核心体温<35℃的一种疾病,导致人体出现各种功能障碍,严重者常常危及生命。中重度失温会使人体在失温时处于低凝状态,增加出血风险。但失温症复温后的血液呈高凝状态,甚至形成血栓,加重了失温症患者的器官衰竭,极大影响患者的预后。本文旨在对失温症及失温症复温后的凝血功能进行综述。 Hypothermia refers to a disease in which the core body temperature of the human body is<35 ℃ caused by various causes,resulting in various dysfunctions of the human body,which are often life-threatening in severe cases.Moderate to severe temperature loss can make the human body in a hypocoagulable state during temperature loss and increase the risk of bleeding.However,the blood of patients with hypothermia shows hypercoagulable state after rewarming,and even forms thrombus,which aggravates the organ failure of patients with hypothermia and greatly affects the prognosis of patients.The aim of this paper is to review the coagulation function of patients with hypothermia and hypothermia after rewarming.
