目的 利用全自动密闭式组织脱水机的优势,规范组织脱水流程,提高组织标本脱水质量,满足诊断需要。方法 对脱水机程序改进前后的组织脱水情况及制片效果对比,探讨程序设置、试剂控制和设备清洁等对组织脱水的影响。结果 脱水程序改进前组织蜡块发白、发硬、中心有凹陷,镜下组织切片易脆、易碎,有裂隙皱褶,红蓝对比不清晰,改进后组织蜡块软硬适中、有弹性,久放无凹陷,镜下组织切片厚薄均匀、细胞结构清晰、红蓝对比清晰。结论 改进后的组织脱水流程使标本处理标准化和规范化,组织蜡块及病理制片质量提高,满足了临床及诊断的需要。

Objective Utilize the advantages of full-automatic closed tissue dehydrator to standardize the tissue dehydration process,improve the dehydration quality of tissue samples,and meet diagnostic needs.Methods To compare the tissue dehydration and the slice effect before and after the improvement of the dehydrator program,and to explore the effects of program setting,reagent control and equipment cleaning on tissue dehydration.Results Before the improvement of the dehydration procedure,the tissue wax block was white and hard,with a depression in the center.Under the microscope,the tissue section was fragile,with cracks and folds,and the red and blue contrast was not clear.After improvement,the tissue wax block is moderately soft and hard,elastic,and has no dents after prolonged use.Under the microscope,the tissue slices are uniformly thick,with clear cell structure and clear red blue contrast.Conclusion The improved tissue dehydration process has standardized and standardized specimen processing,improved the quality of tissue wax and pathological sections,and meeting clinical and diagnostic needs.
