食管癌化疗患者乐观倾向对化疗耐受性的影响

Effect of Optimism on Chemotherapy Tolerance in Patients with Esophageal Cancer

目的探究食管癌化疗患者的乐观倾向对其化疗耐受性的影响。方法前瞻性纳入2021年1月至2022年1月郑州大学附属肿瘤医院收治的75例食管癌患者作为研究对象,记录患者的相关临床资料,采用生活定向测验修订版(LOT-R)量表评估患者的乐观倾向,比较不同基线资料患者的LOT-R评分,分析影响患者乐观倾向的因素,并探讨患者的乐观倾向对其化疗耐受性的影响。结果75例食管癌患者LOT-R评分为(14.91±1.70)分;不同家庭支持、营养状态、癌症认知、疼痛程度、化疗耐受性患者的LOT-R评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经logistic回归分析结果显示,乐观倾向与患者化疗耐受性有关(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,家庭支持、营养状态、癌症认知、疼痛程度是患者LOT-R评分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者乐观倾向处于中等水平,患者的受家庭支持、营养状态、癌症认知、疼痛程度和乐观倾向会影响化疗耐受性。

Objective To explore the influence of optimism of esophageal cancer patients on their chemotherapy tolerance.Methods A total of 75 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to the Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to January 2022 were prospectively included as the study subjects.The relevant clinical data of patients was recorded,and the revised version of the life orientation test(LOT-R)scale was used to assess the optimistic tendency of patients.The LOT-R scores of patients with different baseline data were compared,the factors that affected the optimistic tendency of patients were analyzed,and the impact of the optimistic tendency of patients on their chemotherapy tolerance was explored.Results The LOT-R score of 75 patients with esophageal cancer was(14.91±1.70).The LOT-R scores of patients with different family support,nutritional status,cancer cognition,pain degree and chemotherapy tolerance were significantly different(P<0.05).The results of logistic regression analysis showed that the optimistic tendency was related to the chemotherapy tolerance of patients(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that family support,nutritional status,cancer cognition and pain degree were the influencing factors of patients’LOT-R score(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimistic tendency of esophageal cancer patients is at a moderate level.The patient’s family support,nutritional status,cancer cognition,pain degree and optimistic tendency will affect the chemotherapy tolerance.
