Effect of PDCA Combined with Root Cause Analysis on Improving Quality Management of Disinfection Supply Center

目的 探讨计划、执行、检查、处理(PDCA)联合根本原因分析法提升消毒供应中心质量管理的效果。方法 将2019年1月至2020年12月郑州大学第一附属医院消毒中心PDCA循环管理下的200件样品纳入A组,将2021年1月至2021年12月消毒中心PDCA循环管理联合根本原因分析法下的200件样品纳入B组。同时抽取医院各科室医务人员52名进行调查,比较两组管理方法下样本合格率、管理质量评分及医务人员的满意度。结果 B组时段医务人员对消毒中心满意度评价、医疗器械、物品管理质量各维度评分高于A组时段,医疗器械、物品错误总发生率低于A组时段(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA联合根本原因分析法可提升消毒中心工作质量,提高医务人员的满意程度。

Objective To explore the effect of plan,do,check,act(PDCA)combined with root cause analysis in disinfection supply center.Methods A total of 200 samples under PDCA cycle management at the Disinfection Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2019 to December 2020 were included in group A.A total of 200 samples under the PDCA cycle management and root cause analysis method of the disinfection center from January 2021 to December 2021 were included in group B.At the same time,52 medical personnel from various departments of the hospital were selected for investigation.The sample qualification rate,management quality score,and satisfaction of medical staff under two management methods were compared.Results The satisfaction evaluation of the disinfection center and the management quality of medical devices and items by medical staff in group B were higher than those in group A,and the total incidence of errors in medical devices and items was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA combined with root cause analysis can improve the work quality of the disinfection center and improve the satisfaction of the hospital departments.
