基于重要性-表现程度分析法的延伸服务模式在喉癌术后人工气道居家管理中的应用

Application of Extended Service Model Based on Importance-Performance Level Analysis in Home Management of Artificial Airway After Laryngeal Cancer Surgery

目的探究基于重要性-表现程度分析法(IPA)指导的延伸服务模式在接受喉癌术治疗并建立人工气道患者居家护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年8月至2022年5月于郑州大学第一附属医院就诊的喉癌术后建立人工气道患者86例,根据入院时间分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组基于对照组接受IPA延伸服务模式干预。比较两组不良事件发生情况、依从性、心理状态量表(MSSNS)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、生活质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)评分及满意度。结果观察组不良事件总发生率和MSSNS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),总依从率、总满意度和GSES、QLQ-C30评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于IPA分析法的延伸服务模式可改善喉癌术后人工气道患者心理状态,提高自我效能,增强依从性,降低不良事件风险,从而改善患者生活质量,提升护理服务满意度。

Objective Exploring the application effect of an extended service model guided by the importance-performance level analysis(IPA)in home care for patients undergoing laryngeal cancer surgery and establishing artificial airway.Methods A total of 86 patients with laryngeal cancer who underwent postoperative artificial airway establishment at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from August 2020 to May 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group based on their admission time,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received IPA extended service model intervention based on the control group.The incidence of adverse events,compliance,mental status scale(MSSNS),general self-efficacy scale(GSES),and quality of life core scale(QLQ-C30)scores and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse events and MSSNS score in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the total compliance rate,total satisfaction and GSES,QLQ-C30 scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The extended service model of IPA analysis can improve the psychological status of postoperative artificial airway patients with laryngeal cancer,increase self-efficacy,enhance compliance,and reduce the risk of adverse events,thus improving patients’quality of life and enhancing satisfaction with nursing services.
