Intervention Effect of Mind Map and Empowerment Theory in Patients with Diabetic Foot

目的 探讨思维导图联合授权理论对糖尿病足患者的干预效果。方法 选取2018年7月至2019年12月在郑州市第九人民医院接受治疗的60例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受思维导图联合授权理论的护理干预。比较两组干预前后的自我效能、足部护理能力、生活质量及焦虑、抑郁程度。结果 干预后,两组中文版糖尿病自我效能量表(C-DMSES)、诺丁汉足部护理评估量表(NAFF)评分高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、状况评分、生理功能评分、心理维度评分、社会功能评分、糖尿病患者生存质量特异性量(DSQL)总分低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 思维导图联合授权理论应用于糖尿病足患者,可有效提高患者的自我效能、足部护理能力,改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of mind map and empowerment theory in patients with diabetic foot.Methods Sixty patients with diabetes foot who were treated in the Ninth People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received nursing intervention of mind map and empowerment theory.The self-efficacy,foot care ability,quality of life,anxiety,and depression levels of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the scores of the Chinese version of diabetes self-efficacy scale(C-DMSES)score and the Nottingham foot care evaluation scale(NAFF)score in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the score in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS),status,physiological function,psychological dimension,social function,and the diabetes specific quality of life(DSQL)of diabetes patients were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mind map and empowerment theory in diabetic foot patients can effectively improve patients’self-efficacy,foot care ability,anxiety and depression,and improve their quality of life.
