基于交互分析模式的团体心理干预在支气管哮喘缓解期患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Group Psychological Intervention Based on Interactive Analysis Model in Patients with Bronchial Asthma in Remission Period

目的 探讨基于交互分析模式的团体心理干预在支气管哮喘缓解期患者中的应用效果。方法 选取河南省直第三人民医院2018年12月至2021年12月收治的198例缓解期支气管患者,根据入院顺序分为常规组、团体心理干预组,各99例。常规组接受常规护理干预,团体心理干预组在常规护理基础上接受交互分析模式的团体心理干预。对比两组心理状态[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、自护能力[自我护理能力测定表(ESCA)]、社会支持水平[社会支持评定量表(SSRS)]、生活质量[成人哮喘生活质量评分表(AQLQ)评分]及护理满意度。结果 干预后,团体心理干预组SDS、SAS评分低于常规组(P<0.05),ESCA、AQLQ、SSRS评分高于常规组(P<0.05),护理满意度(97.98%)高于常规组(80.80%)(P<0.05)。结论 基于交互分析模式的团体心理干预可改善缓解期支气管哮喘患者心理状态,增强自护能力,提升社会支持水平,从而改善生活质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of group psychological intervention based on interactive analysis model in patients with bronchial asthma in remission period.Methods A total of 198 bronchial patients in remission period who were admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Henan Province from December 2018 to December 2021 were selected and divided into routine group and psychological intervention group according to the order of admission,with 99 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the psychological intervention group was given group psychological intervention based on interactive analysis model.The psychological state[self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],self-care ability[self-care ability assessment scale(ESCA)],social support level[social support rating scale(SSRS)],quality of life[adult asthma quality of life scale(AQLQ)]and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the psychological intervention group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05),the ESCA,AQLQ and SSRS scores were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the psychological intervention group(97.98%)was higher that of the routine group(80.80%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Group psychological intervention based on interactive analysis model can improve the psychological state of patients with bronchial asthma in remission period,enhance self-care ability,and improve social support level,thereby improving quality of life and improving nursing satisfaction.
