胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤中GSK-3β、LDHA表达及其与临床病理特征的关系

Expression of GSK-3β and LDHA in Gastrointestinal Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors and Their Relationship with Clinicopathological Characteristics

目的 探讨胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤(GEP-NENs)中糖原合成酶激酶-3β(GSK-3β)、乳酸脱氢酶A(LDHA)表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法 收集2021年6月至2022年6月收治的98例GEP-NENs患者临床资料。采用免疫组化法检测GSK-3β、LDHA在GEP-NENs组织中的表达水平,并分析GSK-3β、LDHA表达与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果 免疫组化结果显示,98例癌组织中GSK-3β高表达高于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);98例癌组织中LDHA高表达高于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GSK-3β、LDHA表达均与GEP-NENs患者的TNM分期、病理分级、浸润程度、淋巴结转移情况有关(P<0.05),而与GEP-NENs患者的性别、年龄、手术方式、肿瘤最大径、肿瘤部位、远处转移及神经内分泌标志物突触素、嗜铬素A表达情况无关(P>0.05)。结论 GSK-3β、LDHA在GEP-NENs中均呈过表达,且其表达水平与GEP-NENs患者TNM分期、病理分级、浸润程度、淋巴结转移情况密切相关。

Objective To investigate the expression of glycogen synthase kinase-3β(GSK-3β)and lactate dehydrogenase A(LDHA)in gastrointestinal pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors(GEP-NENs)and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods The clinical data of 98 GEP-NENs patients admitted from June 2021 to June 2022 were collected.The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression levels of GSK-3βand LDHA in GEP-NENs,and the relationship between the expression of GSK-3βand LDHA and the clinical pathological characteristics of patients was analyzed.Results The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the high expression of GSK-3βin 98 cases of cancer was higher than that in adjacent normal tissues,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The high expression of LDHA in 98 cases of cancer was higher than that in adjacent normal tissues,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expressions of GSK-3βand LDHA were all related to the TNM staging,pathological grade,degree of invasion and lymph node metastasis of GEP-NENs patients(P<0.05),and not related to the gender,age,surgical method,maximum tumor diameter,tumor location,distant metastasis and the expression of synaptophysin,chromogranin A of GEP-NENs patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Both GSK-3βand LDHA are overexpressed in GEP-NENs,and their expression levels are closely related to the TNM stage,pathological grade,degree of invasion and lymph node metastasis in GEP-NENs patients.
