重症监护室早产儿父亲支持现状及其影响因素

Status and Influencing Factors of Paternal Support for Premature Infants in Intensive Care Unit

目的 探讨重症监护病房早产儿父亲支持现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年5月在商丘市第一人民医院新生儿重症监护病房进行治疗的早产儿父亲182例为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、新生儿重症监护室父亲支持量表、特质应对方式问卷进行调查。结果 182例早产儿父亲支持得分为(77.19±12.42)分;特质应对方(积极应对)得分为(29.64±7.42)分,特质应对方式(消极应对)得分为(21.82±6.77)分。多重线性回归分析结果显示,胎儿数量、早产儿父亲受教育水平、特质应对方式(积极应对)得分、特质应对方式(消极应对)得分是早产儿父亲支持的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 重症监护室早产儿父亲支持需求总体处于中等水平,胎儿数量、早产儿父亲受教育水平、特质应对方式(积极应对)得分、特质应对方式(消极应对)得分是早产儿父亲支持的主要影响因素。

Objective To explore the current status of paternal support for premature infants in the intensive care unit and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 182 fathers of premature infants who were treated in the neonatal intensive care unit of the First People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.The general data questionnaire,the neonatal intensive care unit father support scale and the trait coping style questionnaire were used to investigate.Results The score of father support of 182 premature infants was(77.19±12.42)points.The score of trait coping(positive coping)was(29.64±7.42)points,and the score of trait coping(negative coping)was(21.82±6.77)points.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the number of fetuses,educational background of fathers of premature infants,trait coping style(positive coping)scores,and trait coping style(negative coping)scores were the main influencing factors of father support for premature infants(P<0.05).Conclusion The support needs of fathers of premature infants in the intensive care unit were generally at a moderate level,and the number of fetuses,educational background of fathers of premature infants,trait coping style(positive coping)scores,and trait coping style(negative coping)scores were the main influencing factors for the support of premature infants fathers.
