改良森田疗法对抑郁障碍住院患者抑郁症状、社会功能及认知功能的影响

Effect of modified Morita therapy on depressive symptoms,social functions and cognitive functions in inpatients with depressive disorders

目的探讨改良森田疗法对抑郁障碍住院患者抑郁症状的疗效及对患者社会功能和认知功能的影响。方法于2019年7月至2022年10月期间在南宁市第五人民医院住院纳入抑郁障碍患者113例,随机分为研究组57例和对照组56例进行对比干预治疗。对照组给予药物和重复经颅磁刺激治疗,研究组在此基础上增加改良森田疗法治疗。结果研究组和对照组分别有48例和42例完成20天的干预。干预后研究组的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)得分低于对照组(P均<0.001),重复成套神经心理状态测验(RBANS)得分高于对照组(P=0.007)。结论改良森田疗法能有效改善住院抑郁障碍患者的抑郁症状、社会功能和认知功能,其改善效果优于常规治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Morita therapy on depressive symptoms and its effect on social and cognitive functions in inpatients with depressive disorders.Methods From July 2019 to October 2022,113 inpatients with depressive disorders admitted to Nanning Fifth People's Hospital were selected,and they were randomly divided into study group(57 cases)and control group(56 cases)for comparative intervention treatment.The control group received drug therapy and repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation,and based on which the study group were additionally treated with modified Morita therapy.Results 48 inpatients in the study group and 42 inpatients in the control group completed the 20-day intervention,respectively.The Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and social disability screening schedule(SDSS)scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group after intervention(all P<0.001),and the repeatable battery for the assessment of neuropsychological status(RBANS)score was higher than that of the control group(P=0.007).Conclusion Modified Morita therapy can effectively improve depressive symptoms,social functions and cognitive functions in hospitalized patients with depressive disorders,and its improvement effect is better than conventional treatment.
