矿物浮选泡沫图像监测控制技术现状及展望 被引量:4

摘要 针对工业浮选泡沫图像处理,从泡沫图像去噪、图像增强和图像分割三方面介绍了常用的方法,分别指出了其中存在的问题。根据浮选泡沫图像的特点介绍了矿物浮选实时监测控制系统,指出系统相对于人工的特点和优势。最后展望了实时监测控制系统自动化、智能化的发展趋势。 Aiming at the image processing of industrial flotation foams,the general methods for it were introduced from the foam image denoising,image enhancement and image segmentation and the potential problems were described.In addition,according to the characteristics of flotation foam images,a real-time monitoring and control system for the flotation image processing was introduced,including its advantages and characteristics compared with the manual operation.Finally,this system’s development trend in automation and intelligence was forecasted.
