摘要
结合乙苯/苯乙烯实际生产工艺特点和需求,将引入本体、知识规则推理、专家经验和贝叶斯概率算法的智能优化方法应用到乙苯/苯乙烯操作优化知识库中。该知识库系统整合知识本体层、解析存储层、算法层、应用层等相关技术,实现了乙苯/苯乙烯生产过程操作优化知识库系统。在实际工业应用中,初步验证了该知识库能够提高乙苯/苯乙烯生产过程的产品收率、降低原材料和动力能源消耗。
Considering the characteristics and requirements of the actual production process of ethylbenzene/styrene,an intelligent optimization method was proposed,in which,the ontology,knowledge rule inference,expert experience and Bayesian probability algorithm were applied to the knowledge base of ethylbenzene/styrene operation optimization.The knowledge base system integrates relevant technologies of knowledge ontology layer,analytic storage layer,algorithm layer and application layer to realize the knowledge base system of the ethylbenzene/styrene production optimization.The industrial application verifies that this knowledge base can improve the product yield of ethylbenzene/yrene production,reduce the consumption of raw materials and power energy.
