224例鼻内镜手术慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者术前心理状态的影响因素

Influencing factors of preoperative psychological status in 224 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery

目的:分析224例鼻内镜手术慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)患者术前心理状态的影响因素。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年2月该院收治的224例CRS患者进行前瞻性研究,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评估患者心理状态,并采用多元线性回归分析鼻内镜CRS患者术前心理状态的影响因素。结果:224例CRS患者术前平均SCL-90评分为(145.73±7.65)分;两组性别、年龄、居住地、付费方式、合并哮喘、住院时间、伴有鼻息肉、自我管理能力比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组受教育程度、发病次数、病程、月收入、病情程度、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)评分、AIS评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,受教育程度、病程、病情程度、收入水平、PSSS评分、AIS评分、发病次数均为CRS患者术前心理状态的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:受教育程度、病程、病情程度、收入水平、PSSS评分、AIS评分、发病次数均为CRS患者术前心理状态的影响因素。

Objective:To analyze influencing factors of preoperative psychological status in 224 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS)undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 224 patients with CRS admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to February 2022.The symptom checklist(SCL-90)was used to evaluate the psychological status of these patients.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of the preoperative psychological status in the patients with CRS undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery.Results:The average preoperative SCL-90 score of the 224 CRS patients was(145.73±7.65).There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of gender,age,place of residence,payment method,combined asthma,hospitalization time,combined nasal polyps,and self-management ability(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of education level,frequency of onset,course of illness,monthly income,severity of illness,social support level,and AIS score(P<0.05).Education level,course of disease,severity of disease,income level,social support level,AIS score,and frequency of onset were all risk factors affecting the preoperative psychological status of the CRS patients(P<0.05).Conclusions:Education level,course of disease,severity of disease,income level,social support level,AIS score,and frequency of onset are the risk factors affecting the preoperative psychological status of the CRS patients.
