高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染情况及其影响因素分析

High-risk human papillomavirus infections and its influencing factors

目的:分析高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染情况及其影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年12月该院接受HPV筛查的200例女性的临床资料,统计感染情况,根据结果分为感染组和未感染组。比较两组基线资料,并分析影响女性HRHPV感染的危险因素。结果:200例接受HPV筛查的女性中,HR-HPV感染83例,未感染117例,感染率为41.50%(83/200);两组吸烟史、饮酒史、性生活不规律、性伴侣数、性生活开始时间、避孕方式、免疫功能异常占比比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组婚姻状况、学历、妊娠年龄占比比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示,有吸烟史、有饮酒史、性生活不规律、2个以上性伴侣、性生活开始时间<18岁、无避孕、免疫功能异常均为影响HR-HPV感染的危险因素。结论:有吸烟史、有饮酒史、性生活不规律、2个以上性伴侣、性生活开始时间<18岁、无避孕、免疫功能异常均为影响HR-HPV感染的危险因素。

Objective:To analyze high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)infections and its influencing factors.Methods:The clinical data of 200 women who underwent HPV screening in the hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The infections were statistically analyzed.According to the results,they were divided into infected group and uninfected group.The baseline data of the two groups were compared,and the risk factors affecting female HR-HPV infection were analyzed.Results:Among the 200 women receiving HPV screening,83 were infected with HR-HPV and 117 were uninfected,and the infection rate was 41.50%(83/200).The proportions of smoking history,drinking history,irregular sexual life,number of sexual partners,starting time of sexual life,contraceptive method and abnormal immune function in the infection group were higher than those in the non-infection group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the proportions of marital status,educational background,and gestational age between the two groups(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking history,drinking history,irregular sexual life,more than two sexual partners,starting time of sexual life<18 years old,no contraception,and abnormal immune function were all risk factors for the HR-HPV infections.Conclusions:Smoking history,drinking history,irregular sexual life,more than 2 sexual partners,sexual life start time<18 years old,no contraception,and abnormal immune function are the risk factors for the HR-HPV infections.
