益气化瘀方联合针刺治疗胃癌气虚血瘀证患者的效果

Effects of Yiqi Huayu recipe combined with acupuncture in treatment of gastric cancer patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome

目的:观察益气化瘀方联合针刺治疗胃癌气虚血瘀证患者的效果。方法:选取2019年12月至2021年12月该院收治的104例胃癌气虚血瘀证患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各52例。两组均进行化疗,在此基础上,对照组采用针刺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益气化瘀方治疗。比较两组客观缓解率(ORR)、疾病控制率(DCR)、治疗前后T细胞亚群指标(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:两组ORR比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组DCR为84.62%(44/52),高于对照组的65.38%(34/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组CD4^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组白细胞减少、血小板减少、肝损害、胃肠道反应等不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在化疗基础上,采用益气化瘀方联合针刺治疗胃癌气虚血瘀证患者可提高DCR,改善T细胞亚群指标水平,降低不良反应发生率,效果优于单纯针刺治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Yiqi Huayu recipe combined with acupuncture in treatment of gastric cancer patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 104 patients with gastric cancer with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome admitted to this hospital from December 2019 to December 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,52 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with chemotherapy.On this basis,the control group was treated with acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huayu recipe on the basis of that of the control group.The objective response rate(ORR),the disease control rate(DCR),the T cell subset levels(CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the ORR between the two groups(P>0.05).The DCR of the observation group was 84.62%(44/52),which was higher than 65.38%(34/52)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,liver damage,and gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of chemotherapy,Yiqi Huayu recipe combined with acupuncture can improve the DCR,improve the levels of T cell subsets and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the patients with gastric cancer with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Moreover,it is superior to single acupuncture.
