皮损部位HIF-1α、MMP-9水平与寻常性银屑病患者病情程度的相关性

Correlations among HIF-1αand MMP-9 levels at lesion sites and disease severity in patients with psoriasis vulgaris

目的:分析皮损部位缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平与寻常性银屑病患者病情程度的相关性。方法:选取2018年5月至2022年5月该院收治的115例寻常性银屑病患者,纳入观察组,另取同期该院健康体检者50名,纳入对照组。比较观察组皮损部位与非皮损部位以及对照组正常皮肤组织HIF-1α、MMP-9水平,根据银屑病面积和严重程度评分,将观察组分为轻度组(n=26)、中度组(n=57)、重度组(n=32),比较不同严重程度患者HIF-1α、MMP-9水平,分析HIF-1α、MMP-9水平与寻常性银屑病患者病情程度的相关性。结果:观察组皮损部位HIF-1α、MMP-9水平均高于非皮损部位和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度组MMP-9、HIF-1α水平高于中度组和轻度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Kendall’s tau-b相关系数分析结果显示,MMP-9、HIF-1α水平与病情程度均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:寻常性银屑病患者皮损部位HIF-1α、MMP-9水平较高,且其水平与病情程度呈正相关。

Objective:To analyze correlation among hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)levels at lesion sites and disease severity in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:115 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects and included in observation group.Another 50 healthy people who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as control group.The levels of HIF-1αand MMP-9 at the lesion sites and non-lesion sites of the observation group as well as the normal skin tissues of the control group were compared.According to the psoriasis area and severity index score,the observation group was subdivided into mild patients(n=26),moderate patients(n=57)and severe patients(n=32).The levels of HIF-1αand MMP-9 in the patients with different severity were compared.The correlations among the levels of HIF-1αand MMP-9 and the severity of psoriasis vulgaris was analyzed.Results:The levels of HIF-1αand MMP-9 at the lesion sites of the observation group were higher than those at the non-lesion sites and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of MMP-9 and HIF-1αin the severe patients were higher than those in the moderate and mild patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Kendall's tau-b correlation coefficient analysis showed that the levels of MMP-9 and HIF-1αwere positively correlated with the disease severity(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The levels of HIF-1αand MMP-9 at the lesion sites of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris are higher,and their levels are positively correlated with the disease severity.
