整体护理在阿尔茨海默病患者中的应用效果

Application effects of holistic nursing in patients with Alzheimer’s disease

目的:观察整体护理在阿尔茨海默病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取该院2020年7月至2021年1月58例阿尔茨海默病患者(设为观察组),以及2020年1月至2020年6月58例阿尔茨海默病患者(设为对照组)进行前瞻性研究。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予整体护理,比较两组简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、生命质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)评分、护理不良事件发生率和家属护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组MMSE和GQOL-74评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理不良事件发生率为0,明显低于对照组的10.34%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家属护理满意度为96.55%,明显高于对照组的84.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理应用于阿尔茨海默病患者可提高MMSE评分、GQOL-74评分和家属护理满意度,降低护理不良事件发生率,效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of holistic nursing in patients with Alzheimer’s disease.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 58 Alzheimer’s disease patients admitted to this hospital from July 2020 to January 2021,and they were set as observation group.A prospective study was conducted on 58 Alzheimer’s disease patients admitted to this hospital from January 2020 to June 2020,and they were set as control group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received holistic nursing.The mini mental state examination(MMSE)score,the general quality of life(GQOL-74)inventory score,the incidence of nursing adverse events,and the family nursing satisfaction.were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the MMSE and the GQOL-74 scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was 0,significantly lower than 10.34%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the family nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.55%,significantly higher than 84.48%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The holistic nursing for the Alzheimer’s disease patients can improve the MMSE scores,the GQOL-74 scores,and the family nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
