摘要
近十年, 智能化患者自控镇痛(Ai-PCA)快速发展, 本文介绍了PCA临床存在的问题、Ai-PCA的现状、Ai-PCA的未来, 并评述其临床价值。Ai-PCA的发明对临床术后镇痛具有里程碑意义, 是实现围手术期安全、舒适、镇痛目标的有效手段。
In the past decade,artificial intelligent patient-controlled analgesia(Ai-PCA)has been developed rapidly.This article introduces the clinical problems of PCA,the current situation and the future of Ai-PCA,and reviews the Ai-PCA clinical value.The Ai-PCA is a milestone in clinical postoperative pain treatment and an effective means to achieve the goal of safe and comfortable analgesia during perioperative period.
