本文回顾我国患者自控镇痛(PCA)到智能化患者自控镇痛(Ai-PCA)临床应用研究的发展历程, 以期让读者对我国镇痛治疗历史有一个更清晰地了解。由PCA发展到自主创新Ai-PCA是现代医学完善疼痛治疗不可忽视的刚性需求, 应推动中国临床自控镇痛技术向智慧化发展。

This paper reviews the development course of clinical application research from patient-controlled analgesia(PCA)treatment to artificial intelligence patient-controlled analgesia(Ai-PCA),to provide the readers with a clearer understanding of the history of postoperative analgesia treatment in China.The development from PCA to autonomous innovation of Ai-PCA is a rigid demand that cannot be ignored in modern medicine to perfect pain treatment,and the development of clinical self-controlled analgesia technology to wisdom analgesia should be promoted in China.
