摘要
文章采用半结构访谈对28名在读卫生事业管理本科生进行了深度访谈,应用扎根理论方法得出五个促进专业认同的影响因素,构建了卫生事业管理专业认同的影响因素模型。研究发现,专业基础、外部人际环境、专业规划是影响专业认同的重要因素,同时专业基础和外部人际环境又通过专业规划促进专业认同。外部学习环境、内部自我调适虽然不能直接影响专业认同,但在其他影响路径中起到重要的调节作用。
A semi-structured interview was adopted to conduct an in-depth interview among 28 health management undergraduates,and grounded theory was used to obtain 5 influence factors for the construction of aninfluencing factor model of professional identity of health management.The research results showed that vital influencing factors of professional identity contained professional knowledge,external interpersonal environment and professional planning.Meanwhile,professional knowledge and external interpersonal environment promoted professional identity through professional planning.Although external learning environment and internal self-adjustment did not directly affect professional identity,they played an important regulating role inother influence pathways.
