摘要
介绍一种新型设备专业评价体系的设计理念、基础架构和应用特性,并对传统绩效评价体系和新型绩效评价体系各自的特点进行分析.新型绩效评价体系综合反映出在设备成本管理上的绩效结果,有效避免了不同评价者评价尺度的宽严不一造成的绩效结果偏差等.采用新绩效评价体系后达到了预期效果.
This paper introduces the designing concept,fundamental structure and application features of a new equipment professional performance evaluation system.Besides,it analyzes the respective features of both traditional and new performance evaluation systems.This new performance evaluation system comprehensively reflects the performance results of equipment cost management and effectively avoid the performance result deviation due to different performance standards by different evaluators.As a result,the desired result is realized after applying the new performance evaluation system.
