摘要
针对一次工业炉后燃烧系统烧嘴连续熄火的典型事故,结合经验和实时工况,分析了故障产生的系统原因,提出了解决方案和改进措施,杜绝了此类事故的发生,工业炉系统运行稳定性提高,为生产线的顺行提供了有力保障.
In the view of a typical continuous flame-out accident of the burner of industrial furnace burning system,combining our experience and real-time working condition,we analyze the systematic reason of the fault,propose solving methods and improving measures.As a result,such kinds of accidents will be avoided.The stable operation of industrial furnace system will be advanced.The smooth operation of the production line will be comprehensively ensured.
