蒸发效应对高分子溶液沉积图案影响的研究进展

Research progress in the deposition pattern of evaporating polymer solution

摘要 高分子薄膜在化工制造、绿色能源、材料、光电以及生命科学等领域有着重要的应用.溶剂蒸发作为高分子薄膜加工制备的重要手段,因其操作简单、成本较低和易于大规模制备的优点而被广泛应用和研究.本文综述了利用蒸发效应调控高分子溶液沉积图案、制备功能性高分子薄膜的研究进展,包括蒸发诱导高分子沉积图案的实际应用、基本原理和技术手段三个方面.本文旨在梳理该领域的各个研究方向及其相互联系,通过阐述溶剂蒸发对高分子沉积图案影响的机理为后续研究提供思路.此外,本综述简要总结了高分子溶液蒸发领域未解决的问题,并对未来发展方向进行了展望. Polymer thin films have important applications in chemical manufacturing,green energy,materials,optoelectronics,and life sciences.Solvent evaporation is an important tool for the processing and preparation of polymer thin films,which has been widely studied and applied because of its simplicity,low cost,and ease of large-scale preparation.Here,we review recent research progress on the fabrication of functional polymer thin films by modulating the deposition pattern through evaporation,including the practical application of evaporation-induced polymer deposition patterns,theoretical models,and experimental techniques.We aim to provide an overview of research directions in this field and their interconnections,and to provide ideas for further research based on the current understanding of the formation mechanisms of the deposition pattern of evaporating polymer solutions.In addition,this review briefly summarizes the unsolved problems of the evaporation dynamics of polymer solutions,and provides an outlook for further development in this topic.
