党的二十大胜利闭幕开启了研究生教育改革发展新时代。新时代研究生教育肩负着自主培养拔尖创新人才,支撑世界重要人才中心和创新高地建设;增强自主创新能力,支撑高水平科技自立自强;加快建设研究生教育强国,形成国际研究生教育新格局,增强国家核心竞争力,扩大全球影响力、吸引力等新使命。研究生教育要贯彻落实党的二十大精神,适度扩大研究生教育规模,提供拔尖创新人才支撑;加强导师队伍建设,全面提高人才自主培养质量;注重优化学科结构布局,构建区域研究生教育高地,发挥支撑中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的基础性、先导性、引领性作用。

The victory of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China opened a new era of reform and development of postgraduate education.Postgraduate education in the new era shoulders the responsibility of independently cultivating top-notch innovative talents,supporting the construction of world’s important talent centers and innovative heights.We need enhance the ability of independent innovation,and support high-level technology self-reliance.We will accelerate the construction of a powerful country in postgraduate education,form a new pattern of international postgraduate education,enhance the core competitiveness of the country,and expand new missions such as global influence and attractiveness.Postgraduate education should implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,appropriately expand the scale of postgraduate education,and provide support for top-notch innovative talents;strengthen the construction of tutor team and comprehensively improve the quality of independent training of talents;focus on optimizing the layout of discipline structure,building a highland of regional postgraduate education,and playing a fundamental and leading role in supporting Chinese-style modernization and comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
