师范教育共同体建设的价值内涵及实施路径 被引量:1

摘要 基础教育教师队伍的整体水平是影响基础教育质量的关键性因素。城市与农村、东部与西部师资分布不均等诸多问题,对我国教育薄弱地区的师资建设有着较深影响,逐渐成为影响我国教育公平发展和教育高质量发展的痛点和难点。构建师范教育共同体服务于打造中国特色世界一流人才培养体系,破解教育资源分布失衡生态,为高素质创新型教师养成服务。通过教育目标协同、教育意识协同、教育手段协同打造拥有在理想、目标、能力等方面都实现相对均衡的教师教育共同体,从而让学校的管理者、教师和学生都能具备较强的“协同意识”,做到教育资源的最大共享,从而促进全国师范院校建设发展和优秀师范生培养,这是新时代师范教育的可行路径。 The overall level of teachers is a key factor affecting the quality of basic education.The uneven distribution of teachers in urban and rural areas,eastern and western areas has a profound impact on the construction of teachers in the areas with weak education in China.It has gradually become the pain point and difficulty affecting the fair development and high-quality development of education in China.The construction of a normal education community lays the foundation for building an educational power,breaks the unbalanced distribution of educational resources,and serves the cultivation of high-quality innovative teachers.Through the coordination of educational objectives,educational awareness and educational means,we can build a normal education community with relatively balanced ideals,objectives,abilities and other aspects,so that school administrators,teachers and students can have a strong sense of“synergy”,achieve the maximum sharing of educational resources,So as to promote the construction and development of national normal colleges and the cultivation of excellent teachers.This is the feasible path of normal education in the new era.
