人才培养是稳步并高质量发展本科层次职业教育的关键问题。本科层次职业教育深嵌于经济社会发展中的双重属性特质决定了其人才培养既要确立“类型”之特色,也要保证“层次”之质量,遵循教育结构与体系构建的理论逻辑、技术应用导向和职业导向的实践逻辑,满足经济社会与个体发展多元需求的现实逻辑。要从“层次”和“类型”两个维度科学定位其区别于专科层次职业教育和普通本科教育的特定人才培养目标,并从遵循本科层次职业教育人才培养逻辑开发专业人才培养方案,创新对接产业需求的产教融合人才培养模式,构建以职业能力为导向的专业课程体系,适应数字化发展趋势推进专业建设数字化升级,打造高水平“双师型”教师团队,强化校企“双主体”实践教学平台建设等人才培养的核心要素入手,以全面推进人才培养目标的实现。

Talent cultivation is a key issue for the steady and high-quality development of undergraduate vocational education.The dual attributes of undergraduate-level vocational education embedded in economic and social development determine that its talent cultivation should not only establish the characteristics of“type”,but also ensure the quality of“level”,and follow the theoretical logic of education structure and system construction,technology application-oriented and career-oriented practical logic.The real logic of meeting the diversified needs of economic,social and human development.It should scientifically locate it s specific talent cultivation objectives in two dimensions:“level”and“type”,which are different from the specialized level vocational education and general undergraduate education,and develop professional talent cultivation programs from following the logic of undergraduate vocational education talent cultivation,and innovate the training of industry-education integration with industrial needs.The core talents cultivation objectives are to follow the logic of cultivating talents in undergraduate vocational education,to develop professional talents cultivation program,to innovate the model of integrating education and industry to meet the needs of industry,to build a professional curriculum system oriented to vocational ability,to promote the digital upgrading of professional construction in response to the development trend of digitalization,to build a high-level“dual-teacher”teacher team,and to strengthen the“dual-body”practice of school and enterprise.The core elements of tale nt cultivation,such as the construction of teaching platform,can be used to comprehensively promote the realization of talent cultivation goals.
