摘要 目的:针对本区域党参种植生产中种植密度对于党参光合特性以及产量的影响问题进行研究论述。方法:综合考虑各个环节的因素之后将素华党参确定为本研究的试种品种。确定种植区域之后,设置5个梯度的种植密度,观察不同种植密度对于党参光合特性以及产量的影响。结果:随着种植密度的增加,党参叶片内的胞间CO_(2)浓度会呈现出不断增加的趋势,植株叶片气孔导度还会呈现出不断减小的趋势。相关变化会直接影响到党参叶片的蒸腾速率,使其进入不断减弱的状态,最终还会影响到党参叶片内部的光合作用速率。分析研究数据可知,党参种植密度为3.8×10^(4)株/0.067 hm^(2)时党参的单产最高,经济效益最好,为13 394.05元/0.067 hm^(2)。品质方面,试种试验所涉及到的党参块茎品质均符合《中国药典》的规定,并且党参块茎的实际酸溶性浸出物为66.59%。结论:合理控制党参的种植密度能够在原有基础上提高种植效益,本区域的理想种植密度为3.8×10^(4)株/0.067 hm^(2)。后期,可根据这一数据并且配合对应的种植管理措施来推动本地党参种植产业的转型发展。 Objective:To study and discuss the effect of planting density on photosynthetic characteristics and yield quality of Codonopsis pilosula in planting and production in this region.Methods:Codonopsis pilosula was selected as the test variety in this study after considering the factors of each link.After determining the planting area,five gradient planting densities were set to observe the effects of different planting densities on photosynthetic characteristics and yield quality of Codonopsis pilosula.Results:With the increase of planting density,the intercellular CO_(2) concentration in the leaves of Codonopsis pilosula showed a trend of increasing,and the stomatal conductance of plant leaves also showed a trend of decreasing.Relevant changes will directly affect the transpiration rate of Codonopsis pilosula leaves,making it enter a state of continuous weakening,and finally affect the photosynthesis rate of Codonopsis pilosula leaves.According to the analysis of the research data,when the planting density of Codonopsis pilosula was 3.8×10^(4) plants/0.067 hm^(2),the unit yield of Codonopsis pilosula was the highest and the economic benefit was the best,which was 13394.05 yuan/0.067 hm^(2).In terms of quality,the quality of Codonopsis pilosula tubers involved in the seed trial test was in line with the provisions of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the actual acid soluble extract of Codonopsis pilosula tubers was 66.59%.Conclusion:Reasonable control of planting density of Codonopsis pilosula can improve the planting efficiency on the original basis,and the ideal planting density in this area is 3.8×10^(4) plants/0.067 hm^(2).In the later stage,the transformation and development of local‐Codonopsis pilosula planting industry can be promoted according to this data and corresponding planting management measures.
