乡村振兴背景下“三农”工作创新路径研究

Research on the Innovative Path of Agriculture,Rural Areas and FarmersWork under the Background of Rural Revitalization

党的十九大报告提出“三农”工作是助力我国实现中华民族伟大复兴的关键环节,乡村振兴战略是我国“三农”工作的总抓手,对指导“三农”问题的解决具有重要的里程碑意义。党的二十大提出:要全面推进乡村振兴,坚持农业农村优先发展,巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果,加快建设农业强国。文章主要从乡村振兴战略的时代背景出发,分析乡村振兴背景下“三农”工作面临的主要问题,探讨推动“三农”工作的创新路径。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward that the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is the key link to help China realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The strategy of rural revitalization is the general starting point of the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in China,and has an important milestone significance in guiding the solution of agriculture,rural areas and farmers issues.The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation,and accelerate the construction of an agricultural power.Based on the background of the rural revitalization strategy,the main problems faced by the agriculture,rural areas and farmers work in the context of rural revitalization were analyzed,and the innovative path to promote the agriculture,rural areas and farmers work were explored.
