摘要
为探究桉树下套种不同作物对土壤微环境的影响,文章以广西柳州地区某林场的桉树为研究对象,分别选取葫芦茶、糙毛假地豆、大翼豆、大叶山蚂蝗共4种豆科植物在桉树林下进行套种作业,并分别对进行不同套种作业后的土壤进行养分、微生物数量以及酶活性进行对比分析。结果显示:本次试验进行的不同套种作物均表现出较高的存活率与良好的长势,大叶山蚂蝗套种方式后土壤的有效磷含量最高为51.31 mg/kg,细菌数最高为381.7×10^(4)CFU/g,放线菌数最高63.9×10^(4)CFU/g;大翼豆套种方式后土壤速效钾含量最高为122.37 mg/kg,酸性磷酸酶活性最高为89.75 mg/(kg·h);糙毛假地豆套种方式后土壤真菌数量最高为261.9×10^(4)CFU/g,脲酶活性较高为1.53 mg/(g·d);葫芦茶套种方式后土壤速效钾碱解氮含量最高为129.96 mg/kg,有机质含量最高为25.25 g/kg,土壤纤维素酶活性最高为4.33 CFU/g。研究结果为桉树的不同作物套种方式提供理论参考。
In order to explore the effects of different crops interplanting under Eucalyptus robusta on soil microenvironment,this paper took Eucalyptus robusta of a forest farm in Liuzhou as the research object,and selected four kinds of legume plants,namely Tadehagi triquetrum,Desmodium heterocarpum,Macroptiticum atropur pureum and Desmodium gangeticum for interplanting under Eucalyptus robusta.And compared and analyzed the soil nutrients,microbial quantity and enzyme activity after different interplanting operations.The soil available P content was 51.31 mg/kg after Desmodium gangeticum interplanting,the highest bacterial count was 381.7×10^(4) CFU/g,and the highest actinomyces count was 63.9×10^(4) CFU/g.The highest soil available potassium content was 122.37 mg/kg after Macroptiticum atropur pureum interplanting,and the highest acid phosphatase activity was 89.75 mg/(kg•h).The maximum number of soil fungi was 261.9×10^(4) CFU/g after Desmodium heterocarpum interplanting,and the maximum urease activity was 1.53 mg/(g•d).The highest content of available potassium alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen in soil was 129.96 mg/kg,the highest content of organic matter was 25.25 g/kg,and the highest activity of cellulase in soil was 4.33 CFU/g after Tadehagi triquetrum interplanting.The results provided theoretical reference for different interplanting methods of Eucalyptus robusta.
