摘要
目的 分析国内近20年癌症患者生育力保存的研究热点及现状,为后续研究提供参考。方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)自2002年1月1日至2022年6月30日发表的与癌症患者生育力保存相关文献,使用CiteSpace5.8R3软件进行图谱绘制并解读。结果 共纳入文献295篇,发文量呈逐年递增趋势;存在多个作者合作群,但联系稀疏;机构合作主要集中于研究所及专科医院,跨学科、机构、地区合作少;研究热点主要包括卵巢组织、胚胎、卵子等相关组织冻存及移植、精液冻存、卵母细胞体外成熟技术、人工卵巢构建等。结论 目前我国的生育力保存研究相对不足,临床试验处于起步阶段,仍需进一步多领域、全方位探讨技术中的难点,推动其发展。此外,生育力保存临床实践指南和伦理法律法规制度亟须完善,以确保生育力保存治疗的规范性,为癌症患者生育力保存技术实施提供保障。
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and current status of fertility preservation in cancer patients in China in the past 20 years,and to provide reference for follow-up studies.Methods The literature related to fertility preservation in cancer patients published from January 1,2002 to June 30,2022 in China Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang database(Wanfang),VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(SinoMed)were searched,and CiteSpace 5.8R3 software was used for mapping mapped and interpreted.Results A total of 295 publications were included,and the number of publications was increasing year by year.Multiple author collaboration groups existed,but the connection was sparse.Institutional collaboration was mainly concentrated in research institutes and specialty hospitals,with few interdisciplinary,institutional,and regional collaborations.Research hotspots mainly included ovarian tissue,embryo,egg and other related tissue freezing and transplantation,semen freezing and storage,oocyte in vitro maturation techniques,and artificial ovary construction.Conclusion Fertility preservation research in China is relatively insufficient and clinical trials are in the initial stage,and further multi-disciplinary and all-round exploration of the difficulties in the technology is still needed to promote its development.In addition,fertility preservation clinical practice guidelines and ethical laws and regulations need to be improved urgently to ensure the standardization of fertility preservation treatment and to guarantee the implementation of fertility preservation technology for cancer patients.
