开封市水生态文明建设路径探析

Analysis on the Construction Path of Water Ecological Civilization in Kaifeng City

水生态文明建设是生态文明城市建设的重要内容,是提升城市建设规格,城市品质的重要途径。文章从强化系统治理思路、充分发挥生态水系综合功能、有效保护和传承水文化三个维度探讨了践行习近平生态文明思想的具体路径。针对开封市水生态文明建设提出了人水和谐共生、水资源保护、水生态环境改善、水文化传承与创新、水生态文明系统管理五个方面的思考和建议。开封市水生态文明建设是对“绿水青山就是金山银山”生态文明理念的有力践行,也是实现开封市“以水润城”可持续发展目标的必然路径。

Water ecological civilization construction is an important part of ecological civilization city construction,and is an important way to improve the standard of urban construction and urban quality.The paper discusses the specific path of practicing Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought from the three dimensions of strengthening the system governance idea,giving full play to the comprehensive function of the ecological water system,and effectively protecting and inheriting the water culture.Five thoughts and suggestions are proposed for the construction of water ecological civilization in Kaifeng City:harmonious coexistence of human and water,water resources protection,water ecological environment improvement,water culture inheritance and innovation,and water ecological civilization system management.The construction of water ecological civilization in Kaifeng is a strong practice of the ecological civilization concept of“clear waters and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains”,and also the inevitable way to realize the sustainable development goal of“moistening the city with water”in Kaifeng.
