水土流失不仅造成水环境恶化,严重地还影响城市经济和社会平衡发展,因此国家十分重视水土保持工作,并将其作为—项长期坚持的基本国策。城市水土保持已进入高质量发展的新时期,生产建设项目水土流失“致黄”“致涝”问题是当前城市水土保持面临的新挑战。文章根据兰考县某项目区水土流失情况,阐述加强水土保持的必要性及水土保持总体布置与措施设计,通过加强水土保持工程建设,可有效遏制水土流失,改善农业生产生活条件。

Water and soil loss not only worsens the water environment,but also seriously affects the balanced development of urban economy and society.Therefore,the state attaches great importance to the work of water and soil conservation and takes it as a basic national policy that has been adhered to for a long time.Urban water and soil conservation has entered a new era of high-quality development.The problem of“yellow”and“waterlogging”caused by water and soil loss in production and construction projects is a new challenge facing urban water and soil conservation.According to the situation of water and soil loss in Lankao County,this paper expounds the necessity of strengthening water and soil conservation,the general layout and measure design of water and soil conservation.By strengthening the construction of water and soil conservation projects,it can effectively curb water and soil loss and improve agricultural production and living conditions.
