潦河灌区节水潜力分析与节水措施研究 被引量:1

Analysis on Water-saving Potential and Water-saving Measures in Liaohe Irrigation Area

摘要 灌区用水过量导致了水资源开发利用的恶性循环,节约用水是构成水资源保障机制中不可缺少的重要组成部分。于此,围绕潦河灌区节水实践案例,了解潦河灌区工程概况,提高灌区的灌溉水利用系数,从而降低毛灌溉定额,以挖掘灌区水资源的节水潜力。同时采取综合节水措施,大力提升节水水平。潦河灌区节水措施研究表明,可以从工程节水、管理节水和农业节水等三个方面采取综合节水措施,通过优化配置这些综合节水措施,将灌溉水利用系数由现状的0.45提高到规划水平年的0.55水平,充分发挥潦河灌区的整体节水效益。这些成果可为类似灌区开展水资源节水实践提供参考。 Excessive water use in irrigation areas leads to a vicious cycle of water resources development and utilization,and water conservation constitutes an indispensable part of the water resources security mechanism.Therefore,based on the water-saving practice case of Liaohe Irrigation District,we will understand the general situation of the project in Liaohe Irrigation District,improve the irrigation water utilization coefficient of the irrigation district,thus reducing the gross irrigation quota,and tap the water-saving potential of water resources in the irrigation district.At the same time,comprehensive water-saving measures should be taken to improve the water-saving level.The research on water-saving measures in Liaohe Irrigation District shows that comprehensive water-saving measures can be taken from three aspects:engineering water-saving,management water-saving and agricultural water-saving.By optimizing the allocation of these comprehensive water-saving measures,the irrigation water utilization coefficient will be increased from 0.45 in the current situation to 0.55 in the planning level year,which gives full play to the overall water-saving benefits of Liaohe Irrigation District.These results can provide reference for similar irrigation areas to carry out water conservation practices.
