猫营河流域健康状况综合分析评价

Comprehensive Analysis and Evaluation of Health Status in Maoying River Basin

摘要 开展猫营河生态健康诊断并评价其健康状况,对推动流域全面实施河长制,强化对猫营河流域全面推行河(湖)长工作的督导管理,达到实现河(湖)长制工作规范化、制度化和科学化协调统一,其有重大现实意义。据《关于全面推行河长制的意见》《贵州省全面推行河(湖)长制总体工作方案》文件精神及相关文件要求,对猫营河健康状况开展分析评价,为河湖保护和恢复提供数据支撑基础。分析表明,猫营河健康综合评价赋分76.30,处于二类河湖,评为健康状态,同时针对健康综合评价突出问题对应提出四项保护对策,以此全面提高河湖长制对贵州省高质量发展的支撑和保障能力。 Carrying out ecological health diagnosis and evaluating the health status of the Maoying River is of great practical significance in promoting the comprehensive implementation of the river(lake)director system in the basin,strengthening the supervision and management of the comprehensive implementation of the river(lake)director system in the Maoying River basin,and achieving the standardization,institutionalization,and scientific coordination and unity of the river(lake)director system.According to the spirit of the document and the requirements of relevant documents Opinions on the Comprehensive Implementation of the River(Lake)Chief System and Overall Work Plan for the Comprehensive Implementation of the River(Lake)Chief System in Guizhou Province,the health status of Maoying River was analyzed and evaluated to provide data support for the protection and restoration of rivers and lakes.The analysis shows that the comprehensive evaluation of the health of Maoying River has a score of 76.30.It is in the second category of rivers and lakes and is rated as healthy.At the same time,four protection measures are proposed for the outstanding problems in the comprehensive evaluation of health,so as to comprehensively improve the support and guarantee ability of the river and lake leader system for the high-quality development of Guizhou Province.
