摘要
文章介绍了一种收纳装置,安装于螺旋打孔装置底部,可避免有大量的土壤在地桩孔底部堆积,从而保证浇筑质量,确保桩基承载力。为达到保证螺旋打孔装置打孔桩基承载力的目的,需了解桩孔底部土壤堆积对桩基承载力的影响,需了解孔底土壤堆积的原因,需了解螺旋打孔装置的特点。通过分析孔底土壤堆积的原因,通过对螺旋打孔装置的改进发明,在螺旋打孔装置底部增加收纳装置,减少打孔设备提出地桩孔时,松散土壤再次滑落到地桩孔内,从而保证浇筑质量,确保桩基承载力。
This paper introduces a storage device,which is installed at the bottom of the screw drilling device to avoid a large amount of soil accumulation at the bottom of the ground pile hole,so as to ensure the pouring quality and the bearing capacity of the pile foundation.In order to ensure the bearing capacity of the bored pile foundation with the screw drilling device,it is necessary to understand the impact of soil accumulation at the bottom of the pile hole on the bearing capacity of the pile foundation,the reasons for soil accumulation at the bottom of the hole,and the characteristics of the screw drilling device.By analyzing the causes of soil accumulation at the bottom of the hole,through the improvement and invention of the screw drilling device,a storage device is added at the bottom of the screw drilling device to reduce the loose soil sliding into the ground pile hole again when the drilling equipment raises the ground pile hole,so as to ensure the pouring quality and the bearing capacity of the pile foundation.
