摘要
文章对某水利工程混凝土溢流面裂缝渗漏施工措施进行了分析,按照“安全可靠、经济合理、技术可行”的原则,从施工方案准备、处理措施、质量控制及成品保护等方面进行论述。结合混凝土工程裂缝灌浆施工经验,并参考工程相关资料,加固措施采用纯水泥浆接缝灌浆进行深度处理,对表面裂缝进行灌缝密封处置,使方案达到安全性、经济性和可行性的高度统一,可供类似水利工程施工参考借鉴。
This paper analyzes the construction measures for crack-leakage on the concrete overflow surface of a water conservancy project,and discusses the construction plan preparation,treatment measures,quality control and finished product protection according to the principles of“safety,reliability,economic rationality and technical feasibility”.Combined with the construction experience of crack grouting in concrete engineering and referring to the relevant engineering data,the reinforcement measures adopt pure cement slurry joint grouting for deep treatment,and the surface cracks are grouted and sealed,so that the program achieves a high degree of unity of safety,economy and feasibility,which can be used as a reference for similar water conservancy engineering construction.
